Pomroy, arrived yesterday morning from his home in Tucson.  Mr. Pomroy is here for the purpose of attending to certain criminal cases that are to be tried at this term of Court.

Price Behan was deputised to go to the Little Colorado, and arrest Juan Sedillo and others on the charge of murder preferred against them.  A large number of citizens from the little Colorado are looked for this evening.  Some come as prisoners and others as witnesses and escort.  Prescott is full of strangers just now, many of whom are in attendance on the District and United States Courts.
